Staff Training

We will train your staff on all aplicable OSHA regulations during our visit. We need about 1 to 1 1/2 hours for this "In-Service" training. This is the only time your staff will need to be involved. The rest of time we work on our own around your schedule. Patients may be seen during our visit since we will not interfere with thier privacy or care.

Site-Specific Written Plans

You'll receive our OSHA manual and all your written plans will be site specific for your facility. Your completed OSHA manual will include:

  • Energency Action Plans
  • Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Control Plan
  • Hazard Communications Plan
  • TB Infection Control Plan
  • All required forms and posters
  • Biomedical Waste Management Plan

Material Safety Data Sheets

Will will "inventory" your supplies, products, pharmaceuticals, etc. and supply you with all the required MSDS. You'll receive them in a three-ring binder, alphabetized for quick retrieval as required by OSHA. We'll also provide the OSHA required "master list" of all chemicals found in your facility.

Labeling

We will ensure that all containers are properly labeled in compliance with OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard and will label all secondary containers as required by OSHA.

Risk Assesment

We will perform a "mock OSHA inspection", advise you of any potential violations and assist you in correcting the problem areas. We know OSHA and will provide you with a complete and objective assesment.

Newsletters and Updates

You'll receive quarterly newsletters and updates for one year at no additional charge. You can rely on Oshaguard to keep your compliance manual up-to-date.

Telephone Support
